This research project essential aim is to find whether there is age discrimination amidst employees in the Crime Prevention Fund and to give suggestions about coping with it. Moreover, this research strives to provide recommendations about the opportunities of young people development. Thus, its specific objectives are:
❖ To make a comprehensive review of the literature on the subject of age discrimination and to ascertain the most common types of it;  
❖ To perform semi-structured interviews with young people working in the Crime Prevention Fund via Skype, Viber or What’s Up platforms;  
❖ To propose reasonable, evidence and experience-based ideas to diminish levels of age discrimination;
